Our AI Savings Calculator and Readiness Quiz provide illustrative estimates only. They do not constitute financial advice or guarantees of performance.

• You may not misuse our site (e.g. attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use our tools for unlawful purposes).
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to tools if they are misused.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Ensure staff participation in training sessions is appropriate and safe.

5. Fees and Payment

• Fees are as set out in proposals, contracts, or invoices.

• Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Training sessions cancelled by the client with less than 30 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If WorkSmart-AI cancels a session, we will reschedule or provide a full refund of any pre-paid fees.
• Digital tools and resources are provided “as is” and are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, resources, and digital content remain the intellectual property of WorkSmart-AI unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients may use materials for internal training purposes but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without permission.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring any personal data they share with us is lawful and necessary for service delivery.

9. Liability

• WorkSmart-AI will deliver services with reasonable skill and care.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website, tools, or services.

Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.

10. Compliance and Safeguarding

• All trainers are appropriately vetted and DBS-checked where required.
• We uphold commitments to equality, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and safeguarding.
• Clients must ensure a safe working environment during training delivery.

11. Changes to Services or Terms

12. Governing Law
